Print your label or scan the QR code
When you create a return shipment on our return portal, you will receive a QR code by email. You can then go to the nearest GLS parcel shop/drop-off point with your phone, where the QR code can be scanned. Once the QR code has been scanned, a parcel label will be printed and attached to the parcel.

If you have a printer, you are also very welcome to print the label yourself and stick it on your return parcel.
Print the parcel label on a standard A4 printer. The parcel label must be firmly attached to the parcel without the tape covering the barcodes. Once this is done, the parcel is ready to be handed in at a GLS parcel shop/drop-off point.

Parcel dimensions and weight.
It is important that you comply with the permitted weight and parcel dimensions, otherwise you will be charged an additional fee. 
The maximum length of a return parcel is 140 cm. The parcel must not exceed 5 kg. If the parcel is larger/heavier than this, this return label cannot be used.
