Print your label or scan the QR code
When you create a return shipment on our returns portal, you will receive a QR code by email. You can then go to the nearest GLS parcel shop/drop-off point with your phone, where the QR code can be scanned. Once the QR code has been scanned, a parcel label will be printed and attached to the package.

If you have a printer, you are also very welcome to print the label yourself and attach it to your return package.
Print the parcel label on a standard A4 printer. The parcel label must be securely attached to the package without the tape covering the barcodes. Once this is done, the package is ready to be handed in at a GLS parcel shop/drop-off point.

Package dimensions and weight.
It is important that you comply with the permitted weight and package dimensions, otherwise you will be charged a surcharge. 
The maximum length of a return package is 140 cm. The package must not exceed 5 kg. If the package is larger/heavier than this, this return label cannot be used.
