Below you will find answers to the questions we get most often. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.
Have you received my return item?
Once we receive your return package, it may take up to 14 business days for us to process your return. If your return meets the return conditions, we will refund your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when the amount has been refunded.
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
I have received a defective item.
If you receive an order that is damaged or defective, please contact us by phone or email. If your complaint is accepted, we will send you a
return label so that you have no shipping costs when returning.
Something is missing from my order.
We are of course sorry. If you have received your order and an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible by phone 87 68 28
28 or email so we can take care of the matter. Remember to include your order number.
When do you withdraw the money?
When paying by credit card and MobilePay, the amount for the goods will only be deducted when we ship your order. A larger amount can never be deducted than what you have approved at the time of purchase.
Will there be more of the sold out item?
As a rule, sold out items will not be restocked, however, there are some products such as First Skins that always come back in stock. However, it happens that a sold out item is returned, and then it will be back on the webshop.
Can I cancel my order?
As we strive for fast processing times on all orders, you must contact us as soon as possible by phone or email to avoid the order being shipped.
Can I change shipping method?
If the purchase has already been completed, the selected shipping method cannot be changed.
How do I view previous orders?
If you have created a user on BACKTEE, you will find all previous orders under My Account.
Is it safe to shop at BACKTEE?
It is very important to us that you as a customer can shop securely on our webshop. Payment information is transmitted in encrypted form with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). The encryption technique has a high security standard, which means that the information is sent via a secure connection.
BACKTEE does not receive any information about your payment card. We are only notified that an amount has been reserved for us for later transfer once we have processed your order.
Do I need to create a user account to shop?
No, you don't have to. If you create a user, it is possible to log in to your account under Login in the top menu on the right. From here you get access to Club BACKTEE, where you can, among other things, view previous orders.
Can you leave the package at an agreed location?
It is not possible for us to tell the shipping company that they can leave the package at an agreed location. The information you enter in the comments field during the ordering process is for internal use and will not be passed on to the shipping company.
Some shipping companies offer the possibility for the recipient of the package to change the delivery location or specify that the package may be left in the garage or at a neighbor's house, for example. If this is possible for you, the shipping company will automatically inform you of this by SMS or e-mail before delivering the package.
What happens if I'm not home when the package arrives?
The shipping company will send you an email and/or SMS, and you will then be able to pick up the package at a parcel shop or parcel locker nearby.
My order is listed as delivered, but I haven't received it. What can I do?
If you have not received your order, but it appears as delivered, we encourage you to contact us so that we can clarify the situation with the shipping company.
Technical problems
Unfortunately, technical problems sometimes occur on the site. If you experience this, please write or call us and describe the problem so that we can
it resolved as soon as possible.
Do you have a physical store?
No, unfortunately we don't, but we do collaborate with three pro shops that sell our products. However, we recommend that you call them in advance and ask if they have the product you are looking for, as they only have a selection of our collection.
The three Proshops where you can find our products are Viborg Golf Club, Silkeborg Golf Club and Henne Golf Club.
