By participating in competitions, you accept the following terms and conditions:

Participation

• Participants will be required to provide their email address in order to receive information if they win. By entering the competition, you agree to receive emails at the provided email address.
• Only individuals who are at least 13 years old are eligible to participate.
• If there is any suspicion of cheating, we reserve the right to exclude participants from the competition.

Decision

• All participants who submit a correct answer will automatically receive a ticket for the draw.
• A winner will be randomly selected from all correct entries.

If you win

• Winners will be contacted directly by BACKTEE via email or private Facebook message. You will only be contacted if you win.
• The winner’s name will be published on our social media channels.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

Personal Data

• All personal information provided in competitions is handled securely and confidentially. You may contact us at any time to inquire about the data we have registered about you. If we are notified of inaccuracies or errors, we will correct them as soon as possible.
• BACKTEE does not share personal data with third parties.

Additional Information

• We reserve the right for typographical errors.
• BACKTEE reserves the right to change the competition terms and conditions without prior notice and to suspend, withdraw, or cancel competitions if there are legitimate reasons to do so.
