Consent for signing up to newsletter

You only need to provide your name and e-mail address when signing up for our newsletter. We do not register any other information when you sign up.

After you have signed up, we will use your e-mail address for sending newsletters that contain information about relevant offers, competitions, as well as other marketing material. As a rule, our newsletters are sent out 12 times per year.

Your e-mail address will be disclosed to the provider we use to send out the newsletters. At the moment for example, we use DynamicWeb to send out our newsletters.

The data we record about your use of the newsletters includes whether the newsletters are opened, how long they are open, when the e-mail/newsletter is deleted and whether or not you click on the links.

The data we collect about the way you use the newsletters is used to improve our service and enable us to be even better at targeting and customising content according to the interests of the recipient.

Your data is stored and processed confidentially and safely in accordance with data protection and privacy legislation.

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe newsletter” link, which can be found at the bottom of the newsletters you receive from us. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your e-mail address will be deleted from the contact list for receiving newsletters.

We may have your data stored in connection with, e.g. purchases you have made. This is not affected by unsubscribing from the newsletters. Therefore, we may continue to process such data according to the consent or by other legally based processing we use.
You can correct your contact information at any time by unsubscribing to the newsletter and signing up again or by contacting us at webshop@backtee.com and notifying us of the new information.
