Shipping

All orders are sent by GLS.

Orders below €150 attract a shipping fee of €7.50 within the EU and €25 outside non-EU – including customs clearance.
Shipping costs are added to the price and paid with the goods. Orders abowe €150 have no shipping fee.

Freight

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days after we have received them. Normal delivery time to countries within the EU is 2-7 business days. Orders to the United States can expect a delivery time of 7-14 working days.
Is there a delay at GLS BACKTEE can not be held responsible.

We deliver goods to all EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and the United States. Orders shipped to a country outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. If your country is not listed in the check out, please contact us and we will try to reach agreement on the supply thereof. If we are unable to deliver due to the goods being out of stock or if delivery is delayed for other reasons, you will be notified as soon as possible.
If you wish to have an order delivered in Denmark, the order must be placed on backtee.dk.
