BACKTEE allows for typographical and tecnical errors, and reserves the right to change prices, inventory and availability.
Order submission and receipt
Once you have placed your order you will receive a receipt by e-mail. Upon receipt of the order confirmation, ensure that it matches your order and that your address is correct. Contact email@example.com if you find any errors.
Payment can be made using the following; Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, American Express or PayPal.
Debit cards do not attract a surcharge.
All our prices for delivery in the European Union Countries include Danish VAT.
Shipping and Freight
- Goods delivered in Denmark are sent by GLS.
- Purchases under €150.00 attract a shipping fee €7.5.
- For purchases over €150.00 shipping is free.
- Goods delivered outside Denmark are sent by GLS.
- Purchases under €150.00 attract a shipping fee of €7.5 and €25 (non-EU – including customs clearance).
- For purchases over €150.00 shipping is free.
- Shipping cost are added to the price and paid with the goods. The total shipping cost will appear on your order before you send it to us.
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days after we have received them.
Normal delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1-2 working days. Normal delivery time to European Union Countries is 2-7 business days. Orders to the United States can expect a delivery time of 7-14 working days.Is there a delay at GLS BACKTEE can not be held liable.
We deliver goods to Denmark, all EU countries, Norway, Switzerland and the United States.
Orders shipped to a country outside the EU. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you.
If your country is not listed in the shopping cart, please contact us and we will try to reach agreement on the supply thereof.
If we are unable to deliver due to the goods being out of stock or if delivery is delayed for other reasons, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will receive an e-mail with order confirmation when your goods have been dispatched from us.
Complete satisfaction or your money back.
As a customer of BACKEE.COM you have 14 days, from the day you receive the item, to cancel the order. Your 14 day right to cancel means that, you as a customer, can receive the product, unpack and see if it is as expected. If you change your mind, you can return the goods to us and we will refunded the price of the goods + shipping (transfere to your bankaccount). Cost of return shipping to us is at your own expense. A refund is granted on provision that the goods are returned to BACKTEE.COM in the same condition and quantity that they were received. You can also cancel by refusing to receive the package.
It is not a requirement but it will speed up the process if you complete and enclose the Return Form, and send it with a copy of your order confirmation and the product returned.
NOTE - We do not accept packages sent by Cash on Delivery or similar.
Exchange of goods for alternate sizes can be effected within 14 days from receiving the goods. You must fill out a Return Form and return it with the goods for exchange. BACKTEE will send the replacement product shipping free. If we do not have the desired item in stock you will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received the product. The only cost incurred when you exchange a purchase is the return postage.
If you wish to exchange received goods for a different item, we ask that you cancel your purchase and make a new order.
If the product is defective or damaged you have the opportunity to complain in accordance with Danish law. You can complain up to 2 years from the time you receive the item. You must claim within a reasonable time from your discovery of the defect. 2 months will always be considered a timely complaint. In case of complaint please complete the Return Form and return it with the item and a copy of the receipt. Goods returned with warranty, will be repaired or replaced by a new delivery within 7-14 days from receipt. If we do not have a replacement available, we will credit the amount as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Remember to return the goods in protective packaging, and get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping cost. We reimburse reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with the return of the product when the claim is justified.
In the unlikely event you have been unable to resolve the complaints issue directly with our Customer Service Team, a complaint can be submitted to the Competition and Consumer Authority Centre for Complaint Resolution at Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg . You can submit your complaint to the Centre for Complaint Resolution through www.forbrug.dk.
The European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country than Denmark. Complaints are lodged here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When filing a complaint, enter our email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
